It’s that time of year again. The kids are back to school, and parents everywhere give a collective sigh of relief.

With the new academic year in full flow, many mums will attest to the fact that September is the best time for making ‘New Years’ resolutions. We’ll call them ‘new academic years resolutions’. Having spent the summer juggling work, kids, camps, and quarreling siblings, September is a great time to get back a bit of ‘you time’ and get back on the (exercise) bike. Whether it is with a personal trainer, at a local boot camp, or joining a local running group, we all know the huge satisfaction that comes from getting out there, and doing something active.

So make sure that with the new season, you make some time for you. We’re lucky to live in a time where there is something to suit all of us. So dig out your running shoes (or treat yourself to a new pair) and make time for yourself today!
