Go:Do was borne out a shared passion for fitness.

Steve had the idea of creating a fitness marketplace after facing difficulties, for different reasons, finding and booking the right training sessions. As a competitive triathlete,  Steve has worked with many coaches and trainers, and is himself an Ironman Certified Coach. Steve found it very difficult to find the right fitness professionals to help him achieve his goals, and became frustrated going back and forth messaging, trying to align diaries, and often rescheduling at late notice. He also realised that the process was frustrating and difficult to manage for trainers, seeing that they were often let down at the last minute by clients juggling to manage work, families and fitness.

Beth co-founded Go:Do after leaving a corporate job in finance in search of an opportunity where she was able to apply her skills and experience to a role that she was passionate and cared personally about. Go:Do was the perfect fit. Her primary sport is swimming (specifically in open water), but she also loves strength and conditioning classes and personal training. For her, swimming provides escapism from the hustle and bustle, whilst she loves the satisfaction of seeing tangible results from strength training as you get stronger and fitter.

They are of course assisted, supported and inspired by a wonderful team of experts. This comprises fantastic, quality developers ready to tackle any problem with a good brew and some Northern humour; a crack marketing team armed to educate us in the subtleties of social media; and, of course, family and friends with unwavering belief, encouragement and patience.

We believe that being active is key to both physical and mental health and well-being and will be leading by example as Go:Do grows.
